Project Background
Infographics are one of the most demanding formats in visual communication. The information has to be accurate, the hierarchy clear, and the result readable at a glance. For several years I worked with A'arco and Centimetri Srl, two of Italy's leading editorial infographic agencies, producing daily visualisations for primary Italian newspapers such as La Repubblica, Il Corriere della Sera, and Il Giornale.
The same discipline applied to the completely different context of Assosuini Magazine, the publication of the Italian pig farming association, developed in partnership with Dot Agency in Bergamo. Layout, infographics, and editorial system for a trade publication that needed the same rigour as a national newspaper, applied to a very different subject matter.
Two clients at opposite ends of the editorial spectrum and a single approach.
